Ministry Cook
A ministry cook position is a part time position that will not exceed 35 hours a week because of the hours allotted. Week-end availability is essential. A cook must demonstrate the knowledge ability to season and serve a meal that excels. You will take what we have available and transform it into a well-balanced meal as a good steward of God’s provision. This position is not for the faint hearted and you must be able to cook from scratch meals for 60 to 100 people in a timely fashion. This position requires a person to stand for 7 hours. Hours are 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Warehouse / Truck Driver
Drivers must be able to operate a fork lift, a baler, a 16 foot box truck, lift up to 50 lbs., work unsupervised safely, and stand for 8 hours. This is a full-time position and is for someone that can adapt quickly to the daily needs of the Mission. Hours 8 AM to 5 PM
Crossroads Monitor
Crossroads Monitors see to the needs of residents in the off hours. This position requires someone that can support the overall individual goals of residents. We need three women and 2 men to round out our support staff. You will be required to support the safety of all individuals in the facility. Typing and good communication is required. These positions are 4 PM to 12 AM and 12 AM to 8 AM.
Data Entry
This is a part time position for a well-balanced trustworthy individual. You will handle sensitive information, must have exceptional computer skills, and be a detail oriented person. This is a 12 to 5 position but does not exceed 20 hours per week.
